Achieved with inexpensive thermoplastic elastomers and general-purpose resins! A case of significant cost reduction success.
We would like to introduce a case study of key parts manufactured around the inkjet head.
Traditionally, a combination of rubber and high-heat-resistant resin was used, but we achieved this with inexpensive thermoplastic elastomers and general-purpose resins. We successfully ensured ink resistance and high airtightness while significantly reducing costs.
Our company supports our customers' relentless challenges with technology, from product planning proposals to development, prototyping, and mass production.
[Case Overview]
■ Application: Key parts that suction and moisturize ink to maintain the head state from the head
■ Materials: Special PP + Special TPE
